To improve the safety and visibility of your vehicle
when operating in all conditions, especially low
light and at night, it is essential to have a class one amber rotator light fitted. Charlton Group offers a range of vehicle fitment options. A class one amber rotator is mandatory on most work sites to improve visibility and driver safety when operating alongside large vehicles and machinery.
Charlton Group has developed a range of vehicle fitment options for the amber rotator light including on the elevated repeater light bar or external ROPS. There is also an option to have a Bolton guard to protect the amber rotator light from flying objects.
Internal Rollover Protection
Our internal roll protection system is also fitted with lightweight high tensile,
cold drawn tube coupled highly insulated materials to ensure the roof does not cave in and crush the occupants. We have designed an internal
roll over protection system that not only helps maintain the occupants’ survival space but does not affect the vehicle’s center of gravity, does not inhibit the occupants’ cabin space and
complies with the Safety Standards
Battery Isolation provides a hard lockable switch that isolates power to the entire vehicle. This quickly & effectively stops the vehicle from being able to be started. This mode of isolation prevents other users from switching on auxiliary systems and components when the Battery Isolation Switch is engaged. This provides a fast & safe solution to disable vehicles during vehicle servicing, or when not in use. A custom-made bracket has been designed specifically for the vehicle.
Starter motor isolation provides a hard lockable switch that isolates power to the vehicle’s starter motor, effectively stopping the vehicle from being able to be started. This mode of isolation prevents other users from driving the vehicle when the starter motor isolation switch is engaged, while still providing power to auxiliary components and functions such as work lights, beacons, spotlights, and radios. The start isolation switch comes with a heavy-duty adjustable Powder-coated bracket to ensure perfect vehicle fitment.
Vehicle-mounted safety flags are an essential item to improve safety when operating a vehicle on work sites. Designed to significantly improve vehicle visibility when operating alongside large vehicles and heavy machinery. NEW Radiance LED Safety Flags are made from heavy-duty fiberglass with stainless steel quick-release fittings. LEDs line the complete length of the flag giving off a bright red illumination for superior visibility and safety. Charlton Group has available a variety of different brackets to assist in mounting a Radiance Safety Flag to your vehicle.
